About the job & the team:

In this position, you will be a part of the PinMeTo´s Customer Success team, which is responsible for upselling and preventing churn. As a team member you will be responsible for upselling to existing customers, minimizing churn amongst current customers, and generally keeping our customers happy!

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain customer relationships, manage customers’ expectations, and be both proactive and reactive to minimize churn and keep customers happy.
- Work closely with the customers to identify and develop upsell opportunities.
- Hit growth and sales targets.
- Expand the customer's knowledge and understanding of the PinMeTo platform, and how it can help them in their location marketing strategy.
- Conduct training and education sessions with users.



Your profile:

- You are fluent in Swedish and very good in English as well. Other language skills are seen as a bonus.
- We believe you have excellent communication and social skills to effectively interact with customers. You have the ability to write succinct, crisp emails and of course have great phone manners.
- You are driven and self-motivated, and you like to hit sales targets.
- You are methodical and able to prioritize and handle multiple customer cases.
- Approx 3-5 years of experience from similar sales, preferably with SaaS-company, digital marketing- or communication agency.

A Talent Acquisition Specialist at PinMeTo is responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding employees in a company. They factor in the long-term goals of an organization and acknowledge that people play a huge role in a company’s future successes.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, approx. 2-4 years experience in talent acquisition, proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems, and the ability to devise sourcing strategies for potential applicants. This role requires a candidate with excellent interpersonal skills as you’ll often be asked to work closely with others across different departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
- Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
- Identify and refine down the most suitable talent from available candidates
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews - if possible
- Assess candidates’ information, including C.Vs., portfolios and references
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
- Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders


Your profile:

- Work experience in talent acquisition or similar roles

The Customer Success Assistant role is the heart of the Customer Success team and therefore at the heart of the very company. In the team we have specialist functions that help the clients with everything in range from easy to complex technical questions, to advising the clients in Tactical & Strategic Marketing. This position comes in play in the middle of that mix. You will support the different specialist roles with day to day tasks. Examples of responsibilities are: structuring data and information, side kicking in client meetings, support some of the problem solving of technical issues, help with customer support and acting as the right hand for technical and Location Marketing specialists.

About the team

The Customer Success team at PinMeTo consist of about 15 individuals located in Malmö and Sopot Poland. As an Onboarding specialist at PinMeTo you are an enabler and will play a vital role so that customer gets value from our services as soon as possible after signing with us.After the sales team has closed the deal with a customer, an onboarding specialist comes into the picture. The job is to guide and help the customer during the onboarding phase, which lays the technical foundation for the services to function at maximum capacity. You will work closely with customers to ensure they optimize utilization of products they subscribe to, are satisfied with the services they receive, and are up and running effectively.

Here is some of what you will do:

- Start-up meeting with client to go through the setup process
- Successfully onboard new customers, help set up their account, troubleshoot issues and ensure they are getting the most out of our platform
- Provide technical expertise on a high level to the customers
- Lend a hand in our strategically important customer support via live chat and email when needed
- Advocating for the customer by taking their feedback and sharing it with other departments, to improve processes and product offerings

About the team
In this position, you will be a part of the PinMeTo´s Customer Success team, which is responsible for the on-boarding process, and supporting our customers whenever it’s needed, both in the simple tasks but also complex matters.
In this role you will be responsible for the Customer Support.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicating efficiently and effectively with our customers - we use our own product to do most of our support, but you'll also be talking to customers on the phone every now and then
Owning customer communications and issues from initial contact until resolution
Becoming an encyclopedia of knowledge about how PinMeTo works and what it is capable of

About the job
In this position, you will be a part of the PinMeTo´s Growth team, which is responsible for upselling and preventing churn.
As a team member you will be responsible for upselling to existing customers, minimizing churn amongst current customers, and generally keeping our customers happy!
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain customer relationships, manage customers’ expectations, and be both proactive and reactive to minimize churn and keep customers happy.
Work closely with the customers to identify and develop upsell opportunities.
Hit growth and sales targets.
Expand the customer's knowledge and understanding of the PinMeTo platform, and how it can help them in their location marketing strategy.
Conduct training and education sessions with users.

Your profile
You are fluent in Swedish and English. Other language skills are seen as a bonus.
We believe you have excellent communication and social skills to effectively interact with customers. You have the ability to write succinct, crisp emails, and of course have great phone manners.
You are driven and self-motivated, and you like to hit sales targets
You are methodical and able to prioritize and handle multiple customer cases.
Approx 3-5 years of experience from similar sales, preferably with SaaS-company, digital marketing- or communication agency.
Background from any of the following industry sectors is seen as a qualification, but not necessary: multi-channel marketing, e-commerce, digital and mobile marketing, retail, brands selling directly to customers.

PinMeTo has job openings in Malmö, Sweden, for Full Stack Developers to join our experienced and motivated team. When we say “Full Stack,” we understand that any individual’s experience might lean toward backend, frontend, or a mix – this is fine, as long as you have a grasp of the whole. If you have worked with parts of our stack and want to explore new ground, that’s more than enough to apply!

In this position you will manage all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets.
Accountant responsibilities include auditing financial documents and procedures, reconciling bank statements and calculating tax payments and returns. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience with bookkeeping and a flair for spotting numerical mistakes.
We believe you have strong business acumen. Experience of working in fast-growing start-up or scale-up companies is seen as meritorious.

Publish financial statements in time
Handle monthly closings
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
