As Nordic Teamlead for the Dynamics Support organization at Columbus, you will work actively with both customers and team members. Our customers are using Microsoft D365 and we are helping them with everything from immediate problem-solving to strategic digital growth. With your personality and former experience, you will be of great importance to guide and coach the Nordic Support team to help them make our customers succeed.
Apart from the leadership responsibilities, this role will involve participating in customer meetings, workshops and presenting, and adding value to customers. It's a varied work environment, you work on a global level with many different nationalities. In other words, never a dull moment! This is the perfect role for you that is passionate about providing good service and who like to have fun at work, as well as to grow with the company to reach new levels. ????????
As a leader, you will develop the Nordic support team, planning competence development and personal growth, and also expanding the Nordic team by the numbers.
