Du har en god problemlösningsförmåga och är van att ta beslut. Du har en hög känsla för service och kvalitet och du har en naturlig ''Yes I Can'' attityd mot både gäster och kollegor. God datavana är grundläggande, och att du har dokumenterad kunskap och erfarenhet från hotellsystemet Opera. Du är bra på att kommunicera, planera och se helheten. Du behärskar engelska och svenska flytande i tal och skrift.
Aktivt arbeta med gäst relationer via receptionen och digitala kanaler
Ansvarig för att alla manualer och rutiner efterföljs och uppdateras
Ser till att hotellets kreditpolicy följs av Front Office Department
Cocha medarbetarna på ditt skift att överträffa gästens förväntningar
Se till att en hög och jämn kvalitet upprätthålls och att kedjans policy och guidelines efterlevs
Introduktion av nyanställda
Samordna och följa upp kedjans lojalitetsprogram Radisson Rewards och kampanjer
Att kunna arbeta självständigt med att ta beslut
Väl insatt i Front Office driften och kunskap om de system som finns.
Tjänsten innnebär schemalagda pass både morgon och kväll, samt vara Manager on Duty varannan helg.
Ansvarig kontaktperson i hotellet under arbetpass på helger att ta beslut eller att rapportera vidare.
