Verisure Innovation is seeking a driven, engaged Project Manager with excellent communication skills to support our operations in Research & Development reporting to the R&D Product Delivery Manager and will be a key member of the Product Delivery team focusing on project delivery through the developing, manufacturing and go-to-market stages.
 

Main Responsibilities

As our new Project Manager at Verisure you will work with a larger set of professionals such as Engineering, Finance, Procurement, Legal, QA - including partners and vendors – with the end goal to deliver to an integrated product delivered to our markets. As our new Project Manager, you strive to maintain the progress, mutual interaction and tasks of various parties in such a way to ensure the project can be delivered according to plan and according to budget. You also handle the reporting where a helicopter view of the project is needed - where you can always speak to the key risks and mitigations.

You are part of a team of Project Managers where you also actively work on bringing learnings from your projects into the common Product Development Process.

Key deliverables:
* Create and drive time plan for execution of defined proposition, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
* Coordinating integration activities for delivery of product to both South and North.

Key tasks:
* Coordinate and drive the delivery plan according to agreed scope and definition from G2 to G7.
* Ensure the plan is executed according to the list of priorities from Product Management – aligning with budget and timeline.
* Works closely with our Product Managers, Tech Leads, Line Organization (HW/SW teams), QA, EMS, IT Development, Supply/Procurement teams throughout development process.
* Tracking of key dependencies related to the project and ensure the needs are clear to the respective teams. Drives tradeoff decisions and be agile actively re-planning
* Raises development blockers or needs for cross-geography coordination to relevant stakeholders to be solved
* Represents the project on product technical reviews and weekly cross functional meetings.
* Support the development of the Product Development Process to actively drive "better practices" to how we deliver projects in the company.

What you bring

We are looking for a self-driven project manager with lots of can-do-attitude, ready to get through the ups and downs in a project - working proactively with risk management and obstacle removal as a state of mind - to ensure we deliver according to plan and budget.

To us, it is important that you bring high energy and flexibility, strong communication skills and huge amounts of drive. You are Persuasive and able to build consensus and drive an outcome while productively managing stakeholders. You are also good at building and maintaining informal networks. Collaborative working is key!

Expected skills:
* Bachelor’s degree within Data/Electrical Engineering or similar
* Previous experience in both HW and SW Development
* Previous experience in Systems Engineering, Solution Architect or Technical Product Management is a bonus

Rollen som Business IT Specialist

Bakgrund och erfarenhet
Högskole- eller magisterexamen inom IT, systemvetare eller liknande.
Erfarenhet av att arbeta med systemimplementationer.
Minst 5 års erfarenhet av liknande roll.
Erfarenhet av att kunna driva projekt.
Erfarenhet av att arbeta i en outsourcad IT-organisation i en beställande roll.
Inget krav, men fördel med erfarenhet inom Retail/e-handel/FMCG eller DVH.

About the job

As the Business Process Management Leader, your main assignment is to develop and put into action a common framework for managing business processes across IKEA, focusing on process, people, data, and technology. You will act as the company's key liaison for staying abreast of new accounting regulations and you will play a key role in ensuring high-quality external and internal financial reporting.

Key responsibilities:
* Drive the implementation of new or amended accounting standards and develop the Group’s accounting policies.
* Lead the evolution of accounting practices to embrace new business models, propositions, and potential acquisitions.
* Participate in the work to secure and develop the quality and consistency of data reported from operational countries and the eliminations and consolidation done by Group Finance
* Participate in the work with external reporting such as annual and quarterly reports
* Support with accounting expertise in special projects within the Group
* Advise internal stakeholders on all types of accounting-related questions and support the group's local subsidiaries in accounting and reporting matters.

Your workplace will be at our office in Malmö, close to the Central Station. You will be seated together with colleagues from the broader Group Finance team based in Malmö. You will be reporting to Director Group Finance Control, who is based in Malmö. The Group Finance team has members based in different locations, such as Geneva, Malmö, Madrid, Lisbon, Paris and Linköping. 

About you:

Besides being passionate about contributing with your expertise in Accounting Standards and Group Consolidation, we also believe that you are an analytical, highly professional with a strong attention to detail. You contribute to a positive work environment and are comfortable in a matrixed environment, working across various stakeholders.
* 4+ years of relevant work experience
* Accounting, Finance, or related business degree
* Excellent and up-to-date knowledge and experience of accounting standards, particularly IFRS
* Good Excel skills
* Experience in financial reporting and consolidation preferred.
* Strong analytical, project management and time management skills
* Experience from working in an international environment
* Fluent in English

Main Responsibilities  

We offer you a key senior role as Infrastructure, Network and Cloud Manager at our Innovation Centre in Malmö. The team consists of scrum master, architects and specialists focusing on infrastructure, network, and cloud services. The team is responsible for all the northern countries where we operate. 

Other fun stuff that you’ll do:  
* Lead a team of in-house specialists with a focus on availability and security 
* Support the group with prioritizations and resource planning on a daily basis 
* Coach, develop and encourage team members 
* Work with competence development and recruitment 
* Budget responsibility for your cost center including supplier contracts 
* Travel occasionally (<10% of the time) 

  

What you bring 

We're looking for someone who loves technology and enjoys leading teams.  Besides bringing a positive attitude and being a true team player, we believe that you are a skilled negotiator and lead by example. You have an eye for details and a flare for coming up with new ideas and then presenting them in an exciting way.  

Knowledge and Experience:  
* 5+ years of experience in the area of infrastructure, network, storage. Both on premises and as cloud based solutions  
* Project Management skills  
* Preferably Academic Education within Engineering, Computer Science, or Business  
* Preferably skills around cloud transformation  
* Fluent in written and spoken English
