As a Payroll Administrator / Accountant at IO Interactive you're playing a central role as part of our Finance, HR and Operations team in Sweden. To fill this unique role we're looking for someone driven and energetic to join us part time (50 - 60%) in our growing studio in Malmö. Collectively as an operations team our main goal is to pave the way for our developers to focus on what they do best - making impactful games! Your main task will be to manage our employee compensation and benefits process together with our finance team for more a group of international game developers. We handle all payroll in-house which allows you to implement new strategies, best practices and respond to the company’s needs quickly and with agility. Our finance team is currently a team of five who all have various experience with finance and accounting so you can be sure to both learn and have an impact on the team yourself!
You will be responsible for the payroll administration for our Swedish employees; which means you will be the superuser for our salary administration system AGDA for our Swedish entity and you will have close collaboration with HR on all related employee matters.
What you will do:
Ensure the correct salary, on time, to all employees.
Provide high quality service to all our stakeholders.
Key driver and main point of contact on our salary administration system AGDA including onboarding and training new employees.
Develop and strengthen the use of AGDA including developing and maintaining training material etc.
Support the monthly payroll process e.g. handle telephone calls and mails from employees regarding their salary, pension, taxes, vacation and absence.
You will be the key contact person for employees regarding pension and the contact person for Söderberg & Partners.
Work closely together with the Finance Team and support the monthly payroll booking in the finance system and payroll reconciliation
Various account reconciliations for Swedish entity while working closely with the senior financial accountant in Finance Team.

Who you are:
An accountant or hold a similar degree in finance and accounting.
Fluent in English and Swedish
You have solid experience in payroll and have a deep understanding of Swedish payroll rules and regulations and payroll taxation
A team player with a keen eye on details and takes a structured approach to the tasks

What you will do:

A passion for fantasy worlds has long been ingrained in our studio, and at last we can announce we have embarked on a journey into that beloved realm. With a party of veteran IOI guild members and new wizards and sorceresses of the industry, we are building an ambitious new IP for console and PC that will revolutionize the online fantasy RPG genre. As a Lead Sound Designer, you will be a key player between sound design and game vision and will marry the two into one immersive sound experience. As a Lead you will also get to mentor a team of sound designers, set out new standards for sound systems, and lead the team by example by being the go-to expert for sound design layout and implementation. As a specialist we will trust you and give you the space to be hands-on daily, like the rest of your sound team.

What you will do:
You will create and own the audio direction and sound implementation that aligns with the general game vision, established in collaboration with the game management team.
Set benchmarks for sound design quality for the internal and external teams.
Define workflows, structures and the organization of all audio related content.
You will be the lead to a currently small but senior team of sound designers and will mentor them to deliver on the assignments within the established quality standard.
Work with programmers and designers to ensure outstanding audio reflecting the game vision, and collaborate with the music composer to define musical needs.
Use IOI’s proprietary tools to set up audio (Wwise, Glacier2).
Create prototypes and sound intentions, proving audio set-ups and technical choices while identifying needs.
Create sound effects and audio assets using pre-recorded material or synthesis, recording, foley recording etc.
Mixing – you will be the owner of the final quality in sound design and implementation.

Who you are:
Accomplished sound designer with 7+ years of experience working in the AAA video game industry, having produced work for at least one published title in a leading role.
You have leadership acumen, able to manage an in-house team of sound designers and guide them with qualified and constructive feedback.
Excellent sound design skills both in regard to technical understanding and creative solutions.
Experience working with one or more established game audio systems (F-Mod, WWise, Miles Sound System etc.).
Experience recording, integrating, and mixing audio for game projects.
You are both autonomous and collaborative, and can both set the direction for the team and also be a true team player.
You are self-motivated and hold a very high standard for sound direction and your team’s work.
Work showcases (E. g. in published games, on personal website, or on Youtube).
A fan of fantasy-style games.
