We have one of the largest and most modern Motion Capture facilities in Northern Europe, situated in the center of Malmö! We are now looking for a Mocap Technician who will be at the heart and center of all our motion capture activities. You will be instrumental in setting the quality standards of our work.

We are looking for a true team player who shares insight and learnings with the team. You’re good at delivering feedback, but you’re just as good at taking notes when your team and different stakeholders share their points of view.

You will be a part of our Content Services department; the in-house cornerstone of Sharkmob that provides the different projects and other teams with visual assets.

Daily responsibilities
- Maintenance of Vicon motion capture studio
- Optimization of mocap camera placement and volume coverage
- Overseeing general hardware reliability and performance
- Maintenance of suits, markers, and props
- Overseeing Vicon data health and its accessibility
- Optimization of the motion capture pipeline (procedures, tools)
- Supervision and mentoring of mocap operators during calibration and operation


Qualifications
- On-set production experience (game or film)
- Familiar with real-time streaming procedures
- Familiar with handling multiple data sources (body, face, sound)
- Experience with Python scripting
- Experience with DCCs, such as MotionBuilder or similar
- English language proficiency
- Master of time management

Det regionala tillväxtarbetet handlar om att i bred samverkan med Region Skånes utvecklingsaktörer initiera, samordna och driva regionala utvecklingsprocesser för att stärka hela Region Skånes konkurrenskraft. Såväl företag, organisationer, kommuner, regioner, universitet som statliga myndigheter är viktiga samarbetspartners i arbetet. På enheten för styrning, planering och stöd arbetar vi med övergripande stabsfrågor, koordinerar de politiska processerna, ansvarar för verksamhetsplanering, budgetplanering, processleder arbetet med Skånes regionala utvecklingsstrategi och arbetar med intressebevakning. Enheten ansvarar också för de administrativa processerna för hela avdelningen.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
Nu har vi möjlighet att välkomna en administratör med videoproduktionsinriktning till avdelningen för regional utveckling i Malmö!

Tjänsten avser ett halvårs vikariat från och med mars månad till och med september 2023 på deltid 50% med sommaruppehåll i juli. Hos oss har du som administratör en värdefull roll för den dagliga funktionen på avdelningen. Du erbjuds ett omväxlande och stimulerande arbete med vår studio för webbinarier och videoinspelning.

Ditt huvudsakliga ansvar är att vara tekniker i vår studio. Under event sköter du tekniken (ljud och bild) och ser till att rätt person eller presentationsbild syns i bild via bildmixer med flera kameror ibland. Studioarbetet kan också innebära att du klipper och spelar in i StudioCoast vMix eller sänder via Microsoft Teams, redigerar i Adobe Premiere och lägger upp färdigt material på Microsoft Streams och vår externa video-portal, beställa och lägga till undertexter. Studioarbete kan innebära inspelning av Info från ledningen, livesändningar via Teams såsom våra återkommande inslag Bryssel Live, Skåneanalysen och andra webbinarier och event. Ibland samarbetar vi med externa videoproduktionsaktörer vid större nätbaserade evenemang där du medverkar. Du ansvarar också för att rigga, montera, packa ihop, sköta och serva utrustningen och hitta lösningar för förbättringar av arbetet i studion i samarbete med andra.

KVALIFIKATIONER
Vi välkomnar dig som har slutförd gymnasieutbildning. Goda kunskaper i svenska språket i såväl tal som skrift är ett krav för tjänsten. Du har mycket god datorvana och är väl förtrogen inom videoområdet. Har du eftergymnasial utbildning inom relevant område är det meriterande för tjänsten. Erfarenhet och intresse av studioarbete är meriterande.

Som person är du glad och positiv med ett intresse för ljud och bild samt en känsla för detaljer. I ditt arbetssätt är du flexibel, noggrann och har en god förmåga att organisera ditt arbete. Du trivs med att arbeta självständigt samtidigt som det kommer naturligt för dig att samarbeta med kollegor inom andra yrkeskategorier. Vidare är du en skicklig kommunikatör med god serviceförmåga. We have a Motion Capture studio in the center of Malmö! For this exciting new studio we have set up, we are looking for someone who can work with the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the motion capture system. Are you our new, go-to Mocap wizard who will help our animation teams get the clean and complete assets they need?

What kind of traits are we looking for in our new Motion Capture Operator? Well, most importantly, you are a true team player who shares insight and learnings with your team. Qualifications
- Experience with DCCs, such as MotionBuilder or similar
- A good understanding of 3D workflow
- Proficiency in the English language
