The role as a Lead Architect is responsible of the Architecture roadmap through tight collaboration with the product owners/solution architects.The role ensures that the work adds value, is relevant to the business strategy, and meets the goals set for the digitalization portfolio.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
This position is calling out for an individual who has successfully scaled and matured an architecture capability and has defined a cloud-first technology roadmap for a complex global business. A technical architecture background is required, but a key focus will be working with a highly talented team to shape an incredibly flexible leading architecture at all levels.
Here’s what you’d be doing on a day-to-day basis:
Lead our Architecture Community of Practice (CoP) setting the guardrails for the Architecture Community
Lead and facilitate the Architecture Enablement Board (AEB) and a member of the Digital Demand Management and Digital Portfolio Board as part of our overall Digital Governance supporting and guiding investment planning, addressing system fragility and reviewing digital fit and compliance.
Member of the Digital Development Board supporting and guiding investment planning
Actively working with our Digital Product Domain Directors, Digital Product Owners and Solution Architects and coordinating the different Product Domain roadmaps, facilitating product strategy decisions and demonstrating digital opportunities
Actively working with the Business Technology leadership team to guide product/platform strategy and architecture.
Work together with the Business stakeholders and the Business Process Management community to manage and coordinate the business architecture.
Work closely with all key stakeholders to define, plan, and deliver a modern data driven architecture.


The role will report to VP Strategy & Transformation, but will also work closely with the Group CIO, the entire Business Technology leadership team including the Strategy & Transformation team. The position will be based in our HQ in Malmö.

WHO YOUARE
We are looking for a passionate digital business leader that has a proven record of delivering business value by leveraging digital technology. For this role you have an exam in bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.

Om tjänsten
Fellowmind fortsätter att växa och nu söker vi en Technical Solutions Architect (TSA) till vårt affärsområde Enterprise. Vi jobbar framför allt med ERP-systemet Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations (D365FO) men rör oss i hela Microsofts plattform.
I rollen som TSA jobbar du tätt tillsammans med den funktionella lösningsarkitekten och kunderna för att sätta strategi för integrationer, utveckling, miljöuppsättning och migrering där du ansvarar över utvecklingen och designen av den tekniska lösningen. Givetvis sker även mycket av arbetet i nära samarbete med våra utvecklare (som vi vill påstå är de bästa i branschen). Likaså koordinerar du arbetet både inom teamet och med andra projektteam. Tillsammans med projektledaren jobbar du med estimering av tid gällande utveckling, integrationer och andra tekniska delar samt med sprintplaneringen.
Fokus ligger på både nyimplementationer och att lyfta befintliga kunder från en äldre plattform till den senaste tekniken. Rollen kräver att du själv ligger i framkant och håller dig uppdaterad med allt inom teknikområdet kring D365FO men även inom övriga Microsoftområdet som exempelvis Power Platform.
Vi jobbar tillsammans i och över våra team vilket gör att du får massor av trevliga kollegor som du kommer jobba mer eller mindre nära med över tid. Who You Are
