With a party of veteran IOI guild members and new wizards and sorceresses of the industry, we are building an ambitious new IP for console and PC that will revolutionize the online fantasy RPG genre. In this role, you will get to craft the way players encounter boss fights in our fantasy world. You will collaborate with different teams to create cohesive gameplay that defines interaction and rewards our players.

What you will do:
Design and create boss fight encounters.
Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to integrate multiplayer game systems and incorporate gameplay mechanics, with a special focus on someone who has a passion for overcoming larger-than-life boss fights.
Use our proprietary tools to design, prototype, and test gameplay mechanics while identifying opportunities for improvements.
Operate effectively where you must balance hands-on implementation and high-level direction.
Create and develop game features and make sure that they are represented properly throughout the game.
Deliver content within quality requirements, on schedule, and within technical limitations.



Who you are:
Extensive experience in designing impactful boss fight encounters, preferably within AAA titles.
Practical understanding and experience in the full development cycle of a AAA game, which means that you know what it takes to go from initial concept to full, fun, and functional game experiences.
You have thorough experience with combat design, encounter design, NPC encounter, or something similar topic from your previous work on a AAA title.
Possess a problem-solving attitude, able to look past immediate technical constraints.
Able to respond elegantly to creative changes, at any part of the process, using an analytical and organized approach.

Work closely with the Live team to support the needs and opportunities of an online game.

Who you are:
You have experience as a Game Designer working on systems and feature design for at least 3 years.
You have worked on at least one AAA game where you were heavily involved in, or in charge of, sizable or complex systems and features, preferably including online and RPG elements.
You have a deep understanding of game systems, mechanics and interactions and are passionate about taking a systems-based approach to creating cohesive and interconnected game experiences.

What you will do:
Implement UI screens into our in-house Glacier engine, using a custom scripting language specially built for our engine
Collaborate with game designers and engineers in the creation of user interface and user experience to help define and develop games
Design UI screens that follow good UX practices, keeping in mind the balance between the needs of the player, systems complexity and production constraints
Iterate on look and feel of the UI, incorporating feedback from design, stakeholders, and playtests to produce the most user friendly and visually compelling experience possible
Fix bugs and optimize game assets for required performance and to comply with specifications on various platforms


Who you are:
Experience with a scripting language i.e. JavaScript, Lua, ActionScript, or Python

IO Interactive is looking for a Junior Procurement Specialist to join our team and support the operational needs of our studios and projects. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of our titles, including Project 007, a James Bond video game with an original story, and Project Fantasy, an innovative online fantasy RPG and our live service title Hitman.
As part of the Procurement & Outsourcing team, you will assist with procurement processes with an initial focus on IT procurement, supplier coordination, and contract management to support our development teams.What you will do:
Execute procurement strategies with a focus on IT procurement under the guidance of senior team members.
Drive contract and license reviews and negotiations.
Maintain and update supplier relationships and evaluate both new and ongoing supplier performances.
Collaborate with various departments at IOI to understand and help fulfill their procurement needs.
Help identify potential procurement risks and suggest mitigation strategies.

Who you are:
BA in Supply Chain Management or similar.
A motivated professional with 1–2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain or a related field (experience in gaming or tech is a bonus).
Experience in software and IT Procurement.
Familiar with basic contract negotiation and procurement principles.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
An independent, proactive team player with a solutions-oriented mindset.
