Here’s what the role involves,
Assure direct sourcing support to Capex projects and Engineering & Automation related to CAPEX and MRO Categories, in alignment with Oatly’s Sustainability and Quality requirements.
Manage Supplier negotiations with key suppliers, in alignment with the VP Sustainable Sourcing and Team.
Support, development of new production technologies together with Product development/Innovation.
Set KPI’s and assure achievement of KPI’s for the total category for delivery performance, quality, cost development, Sustainability, Quality and new product development capabilities.
Responsible for supplier classification and supplier structure build up, in alignment with Sustainable Sourcing Team.
Drive competence development within the Capex/MRO category.
Lead and develop sourcing operations towards high performance culture.
Own and develop the procurement process for capex projects in accordance with company guidelines

As a Director Sourcing CAPEX & MRO at Oatly you’ll mostly be focusing on…
Reassuring an efficient supplier base delivering to the right quality, to the right cost, at the right time and that the supplier base is following Oatly’s Sustainability and Quality requirements and is meeting Oatly’s supply chain strategy and values.
Manage the sourcing process with key suppliers and align upon supplier classification, supplier structure build up and to assign new businesses to suppliers with Sustainable Sourcing Team.
Actively contribute to defining and setting the global sourcing strategy in collaboration with Sustainable Sourcing and follow through to implementation and action.

Senior experience of at least 10 years of working with strategic souring in an internal business environment.
Experience from Capex/MRO souring in an international business environment.
Knowledge and technical understanding of Capex/MRO.
Deep knowledge of process cost drivers withion Capex/MRO.
Strong supplier market knowledge and deep understanding of production technologies.
Experience in Management/leadership.

The purpose of this role is to ensure the smooth operation of our PLM system and your main responsibilities will include:
Taking ownership of incoming support tickets: researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, documenting, and resolving tickets.
Following the SLA (service level agreement) for tickets with respect to severity.
Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved tickets to the appropriate internal teams.
Working closely with internal teams as well as internal and external stakeholders.
Configuring the PLM system according to business needs.
Preparing test plans and performing unit testing.
Documenting in the form of knowledge base tech notes, user methodology, technical specifications, and articles.
Aligning with the central architecture community within Business Technology at Oatly.
Training the trainer in existing PLM features.

WHO WE NEED YOU TO BE
We are looking for someone with a BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline. You should have at least 3 years of experience with the configuration of PLM systems (system integration and on-cloud) and enterprise technical support. Knowledge of PLM within FMCG is desired. Fluency in English (oral and written) is required, Swedish is a plus.
You have a sharp and creative mind, with an analytical and problem solving mindset on complex situations. You are good at adapting to new situations and making the most of opportunities. You are an excellent communicator, able to explain complex concepts to a range of audiences. A support and guide to the accounting team when needed and tackle more complex accounting scenarios
Be a part of team that is working with e.g. revenue, leasing, inventory, COGS, fixed assets, VAT & tax
Drive improvement initiatives and projects
Ensure compliance with SOX controls and other regulatory requirements

You'll be collaborating with the E&I Finance team and with other departments across the Oatly universe.
HERE ARE THE THINGS WE THINK YOU NEED: At least 5 years of experience as a Senior Accountant in a similar role
Experience with Microsoft Excel
Fluent in Swedish and English (spoken, written, and probably dreamt it)
Knowledge D365 and AARO isa nice-to-have, but we’re flexible
International experience is also good to have but not a must!

Drive CI/CD practices to optimize deployment pipelines.

We are strengthening our team with an additional Senior Group Financial Controller. In this role, you will be the system owner for the Group’s reporting and consolidation system, AARO, and a key member of the Group Accounting team responsible for the Group's reporting and consolidation process. Your responsibilities will include ownership and further development of our consolidation system to meet the Group’s needs, as well as group accounting tasks such as analyzing entity reporting, completing group consolidation, and participating in external reporting.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow within a central finance team in an international environment.
Key Responsibilities:
System Ownership: Own the AARO system and lead ongoing implementation and improvement projects, including developing new reporting forms and analysis tools.
Automation Initiatives: Drive automation projects to streamline processes.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Act as a liaison between various departments within Group Finance, adapting the AARO system to meet the Group’s needs and business requirements.
Process Efficiency: Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of processes and systems.
Subsidiary Support: Provide support to subsidiaries and ensure accurate reporting in the AARO consolidation system.
Closing Process: Take responsibility for specific areas within Oatly Group’s closing process (monthly, quarterly, and annual closings) and manage external filings with the SEC in the US.
Audit Involvement: Support the Group’s external audit of consolidated numbers.
Internal Controls Development: Continue to develop internal controls related to group reporting and consolidation processes, working closely with external auditors and the Group’s Internal Controls department.
SOX Internal Controls Development: Continue to develop SOX internal controls related to group reporting and consolidation processes, working closely with external auditors and the Group’s Internal Controls department.


Who You Are
We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:
Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or a related field.
Over 7 years of experience in group accounting and consolidation within a large international company.
Experience with consolidation systems, preferably AARO.
A strong interest in systems and information technology.
Proficiency in IFRS.
Advanced knowledge of Excel.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
Ability to take ownership and work in a structured manner.
Strong analytical skills and a drive for improvement.
Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
Preferred Experience with internal control and SOX reporting is a plus.
