ARE YOU THE OATSOME PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
• A Bachelor's degree in computer science, informatics, or something related – cool if you'vegot it
• At least 3 years of experience as a business intelligence developer or analyst (or somethingsimilar)
• You've got a knack for turning business needs into data magic
• You have experience in data modeling, , and Excel
• Plus, you've been in the Power BI game for at least a year
• Power BI (Admin, incremental refreshes, optimization, etc)
• Good stakeholder management

Candidate Sourcing
Identify and source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach.

Own the first part of the recruitment process while working closely with the hiring team.

Market Research

Reporting and Analysis
Prepare reports on sourcing activities, candidate pipeline status, and market research findings.
Use your analytical skills to create clear, concise reports that offer actionable insights, refining recruitment strategies and improving outcomes.


WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
You have a degree in Human Resources or another field related to working with people, along with at least 3 years of experience in the recruitment industry or a similar field.
You have used LinkedIn professionally in previous roles.
You strongly advocate for building diverse teams and ensuring unbiased recruitment practices, with experience in creating or supporting diversity-focused hiring initiatives.
You enjoy staying updated on industry trends, recruitment technologies, and best practices.
You are a hands-on and proactive problem solver with a positive attitude anda great team player, approachable and flexible, able to both ask for help and support others.
You are experienced in collaborating with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements.
You are an effective communicator, both verbally and in writing, in Swedish and English.
You love to dive into the details, thrive under tight deadlines, and have a flexible mindset.
You are a passionate advocate for sustainability and want to drive societal shifts, leading the plant-based revolution.
Bonus: Experience with our recruitment system, TeamTailor, is a plus but not required.

We are strengthening our team with an additional Senior Group Financial Controller. In this role, you will be the system owner for the Group’s reporting and consolidation system, AARO, and a key member of the Group Accounting team responsible for the Group's reporting and consolidation process. Your responsibilities will include ownership and further development of our consolidation system to meet the Group’s needs, as well as group accounting tasks such as analyzing entity reporting, completing group consolidation, and participating in external reporting.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow within a central finance team in an international environment.
Key Responsibilities:
System Ownership: Own the AARO system and lead ongoing implementation and improvement projects, including developing new reporting forms and analysis tools.
Automation Initiatives: Drive automation projects to streamline processes.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Act as a liaison between various departments within Group Finance, adapting the AARO system to meet the Group’s needs and business requirements.
Process Efficiency: Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of processes and systems.
Subsidiary Support: Provide support to subsidiaries and ensure accurate reporting in the AARO consolidation system.
Closing Process: Take responsibility for specific areas within Oatly Group’s closing process (monthly, quarterly, and annual closings) and manage external filings with the SEC in the US.
Audit Involvement: Support the Group’s external audit of consolidated numbers.
Internal Controls Development: Continue to develop internal controls related to group reporting and consolidation processes, working closely with external auditors and the Group’s Internal Controls department.
SOX Internal Controls Development: Continue to develop SOX internal controls related to group reporting and consolidation processes, working closely with external auditors and the Group’s Internal Controls department.


Who You Are
We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:
Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or a related field.
Over 7 years of experience in group accounting and consolidation within a large international company.
Experience with consolidation systems, preferably AARO.
A strong interest in systems and information technology.
Proficiency in IFRS.
Advanced knowledge of Excel.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
Ability to take ownership and work in a structured manner.
Strong analytical skills and a drive for improvement.
Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
Preferred Experience with internal control and SOX reporting is a plus.

Here’s what it’s all about.
Are you interested in developing within logistics and supply chain? Are you analytical, outgoing, and able to handle stress? Then you might be the one we're looking for as a temporary Logistics Coordinator focusing on our goods flow between our European warehouses!
This role is diverse, and you'll have many internal touchpoints within Supply Chain, Market organizations, and Finance, as well as external ones, where you'll communicate with our carriers and warehouses in Europe.
Proficiency in Excel and English is required. Knowledge of D365 is nice to have. Experience in similar roles within logistics/supply chain or relevant education is also a plus.

In the beginning, your main responsibilities will include:
Transport planning
Order handling
Document handling connected to Logistics
Slot times
Invoice control
Communication with internal and external stakeholders


Over time you will also work with:
New/changed structure of goods flows to ensure efficiency
Improvements and development initiatives
Leading projects
KPI follow up
Cost follow up

The position is located at our headquarters in Malmö and is a temporary position for 1 year with the possibility for extension and opportunities to grow into other roles.
