IO Interactive is currently looking for a Technical Character Artist to join Project 007, a brand-new James Bond video game to be developed and published by IOI. Featuring a wholly original Bond story, players will step into the shoes of the world's favourite Secret Agent to earn their 00 status in the very first James Bond origin story.

What you will do:
Collaborate with the animation and character teams to create high-quality character deformations, rigs, and skins.
Develop and optimize character rigging and skinning processes to enhance animation quality and efficiency.
Implement advanced deformation techniques to achieve realistic character movements and expressions.
Ensure seamless integration of character assets into the game engine while maintaining performance standards.
Collaborate with the animation and cinematic teams to ensure seamless integration of facial animations into the game.


Who you are:
3+ years working in the games industry in Rigging/Techncial Character Art
Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Maya, 3DsMax, Blender, or equivalent software for character animation and rigging.
Experience with setting up physic simulation for cloth.
Familiarity with motion capture technology and processes.

With the upcoming release of Exoborne, we are looking to strengthen our Art Outsourcing team with an Outsourcing Supervisor focusing on Character Art. Your main responsibility will be to ensure high technical and aesthetic quality of the assets produced by our outsourcing partners.
This role provides a great opportunity to collaborate with both internal and external art teams and make a big impact on our upcoming AAA-game, using your artistic as well as communication skills. As an Outsourcing Supervisor, you will be essential to the realization of the project and improving how we work with our art outsourcing partners.
Key elements of the role Reviewing assets submitted by outsourcing partners according to project needs and requirements
Managing the backlog of assets and preparing briefs according to project needs while ensuring assets align sufficiently with technical requirements, target quality and direction

IO Interactive is currently looking for a full-time Cinematic Artist to join Project 007, a brand-new James Bond video game to be developed and published by IOI. The story is going to be true to the legend of Bond, yet completely unique in its own light. Our game will give players the opportunity to take on the challenge of being the worlds most renowned Secret Agent, and earn their 00 status.
Are you a Cinematic Artist with a passion for capturing and editing cinematics to contribute to suspenseful and thrilling cut scenes? Do you take pride in your ability to channel the excitement of blockbuster film production to the medium of the games industry? Then you could be just the person to come on board for this eagerly anticipated project!
You will be an integral part of the cinematics team and be responsible for ensuring that all visual aspects of these scenes are delivered to the high-quality standards of IOI. You will use our game engine to create scenes that contribute to a wide variety of narratives and use your understanding of cinematics to help set the tone for this new Bond title.
What you will do
Collaborate with the lead and the rest of the team, in the creation of high-quality in-game cinematic sequences.
Areas of responsibility may include storyboarding, previsualization, design, camera work, lighting, sound integration and motion graphics.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance the overall cinematic experience of the game.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and techniques related to cinematic production, and share knowledge with the team.


Who you are
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a cinematic artist in the gaming industry.
Strong artistic and visual storytelling abilities, with an eye for detail and a passion for creating immersive experiences.
Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Unity, Unreal Engine, Cinema4D or equivalent.
Deep understanding of cinematography principles, camera techniques, and composition.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.


We would love it if you had
Lighting and/or environment art experience.
Interest in technical art.

As Sound Designer, you will be an integral part of our sound team and be responsible for major parts of the game’s production. You will be expected to own technical designs and implementation in collaboration with programmers and designers to help develop our next generation multiplayer sound experience. You bring a passion for fantasy and multiplayer games.
The role is open hybrid on-site at our, Malmöstudio. You have the option to work 2 days from home and 3 days at our studio. We help with relocation and moving to any of the mentioned studios.
*This is not a music composition role. We can only consider candidates who can provide demonstrations of their sound design work along with their application.
What you will do:
Design and implement audio systems
Design final level assets using both pre-recorded material and in-house recordings.
Improve and implement audio in our proprietary tools, with a close ear on the combined game experience.

Who you are:
A generalist with solid sound designer experience.
3+ years of professional experience in game audio, being part of at least one AAA game.

We are seeking a TechnicalUI Designer who is able to focus on hands-on implementation. What you will do:
Implement UI screens into our in-house Glacier engine, using a custom scripting language specially built for our engine
Collaborate with game designers and engineers in the creation of user interface and user experience to help define and develop games
Design UI screens that follow good UX practices, keeping in mind the balance between the needs of the player, systems complexity and production constraints
Iterate on look and feel of the UI, incorporating feedback from design, stakeholders, and playtests to produce the most user friendly and visually compelling experience possible
Fix bugs and optimize game assets for required performance and to comply with specifications on various platforms


Who you are:
Experience with a scripting language i.e. JavaScript, Lua, ActionScript, or Python
