Be an important part of executing on sustainability in our new Group Procurement Strategy 

The 1st of January 2024 we announced our new Group Procurement Strategy to enable NKT’s growth and expansion, by sourcing and managing reliable, competitive and sustainable suppliers with harmonized and scalable processes. With the reference to our new Director, Head of Procurement Excellence we are currently looking for a Procurement Sustainability Manager.

Ensure strong business alignment and execution 
As Procurement Sustainability Manager your main task will be to ensure appropriate procurement execution through developing and leading sustainability program and align those with corporate strategy and goals.  

Your tasks will be:  
* Build profound comprehension of customer requirements and develop NKT sustainable solutions emphasizing value proposition and alignment with broader environmental goals. 
* Drive Scope 3 decarbonization project, targeting emissions for strategic categories across our entire value chain. 
* Develop sustainability program governance aligned with Group Sustainability function, corporate strategy and group environmental goals. 
* Develop partnerships with suppliers to foster strategic engagement and build ESG roadmaps as driver of impactful sustainable shift 
* Drive collaborative efforts with strategic suppliers, ensuring effective deployment of established roadmaps enabling development of resilient and sustainable supply chain 
* Lead supplier due diligence and sustainability audits program, develop mitigation action plans to actively address any identified risks. 
* Integrate sustainability goals into business processes. 
* Cultivate partnerships with suppliers, fostering innovation and driving transformative solutions that benefit both organizations and the broader ecosystem. 
* Drive the development of sustainable material alternatives, partnering with R&D functions in order to assess ESG impact and elevate sustainable product offering.

A sustainability toolbox ready for use! 
To thrive in this role you have experience as working with sustainability within procurement or supply chain management. Preferably from similar role in a global manufacturing company.

Your CV also includes:? 
* +3 years in a supply chain/procurement/ engineering/ manufacturing environment 
* +2 years of experience as a sustainability manager in a global context 
* Excellent project management skills 
* Strong communication and influencing skills, being able to lead internal and external stakeholders alignment 
* Familiar with presenting and communicating with senior leadership 
* Experience using procurement tools, SAP and Excel 
* Proficiency in English

OM TJÄNSTEN:
Friday söker för kunds räkning en SQM som vill vara med och säkerställa god kvalitet hos bolagets leverantörer. Som SQM hos oss kommer du att ha en central roll i att säkerställa att leverantörer levererar produkter och tjänster som uppfyller högt ställda kvalitetskrav. Du kommer att arbeta i en dynamisk miljö där du får möjlighet att bygga ett stort nätverk, både internt och externt. Ditt fokus kommer att ligga på att förbättra kvaliteten hos leverantörer genom att arbeta proaktivt med kvalitetshöjande åtgärder, hantera reklamationer, och följa upp pågående projekt.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER:
Delta i och stödja upphandlingsprocesser för att säkerställa att kvalitetskrav integreras och följs upp.
Samarbeta med leverantörer för att genomföra kvalitetshöjande åtgärder och säkerställa att deras processer uppfyller kraven.
Arbeta nära våra inköpare för att stötta dem i kvalitetsrelaterade frågor.
Ansvara för att hantera och följa upp reklamationer från leverantörer.
Delta i projektteam för att säkerställa att kvalitetskrav beaktas genom hela projektets livscykel.
Utveckla och implementera processer för att förbättra kvaliteten hos leverantörerna.

VI SÖKER DIG SOM:
Har en högskole- eller civilingenjörsexamen inom relevant område.
Har 1-3 års erfarenhet av att arbeta med kvalitetsfrågor.
Har obehindrade kunskaper inom svenska och engelska i både tal och skrift, då båda språken används i det dagliga arbetet

Leverera affärskritiskt juridisk rådgivning som stöder projektens framsteg

Boost CRM Development and ensure CRM data accuracy
Are you interested in CRM strategies with business goals in a collaborative and global team?   As a CRM Product Owner for our business line High Voltage Solutions, you will ensure that our CRM tools meet business needs. Safeguard high-quality data for business success 
In this role, you will manage HV Solutions Business Line specific CRM development activities, generate ideas, run projects, and oversee the implementation of CRM-related system changes. * Ensure data quality and user training

This position involves travel of 10-20 days per year and can be based in Karlskrona (SE), Malmö (SE), Copenhagen (DK) or Cologne (DE).   We offer a hybrid work model.

Communicative and self-propelled CRM enthusiast with an interest for the business
We are looking for a motivated, goal oriented and organized person. You should have great communication skills and attention to detail.

You also have:
* An interest understanding the HV Solutions business practices
* An affinity with databases and CRM system functionality
* Project management skills
* Proficiency in MS 365 product suite
* Experience with CRM systems (e.g. SAP C4C or Salesforce), is beneficial, but not required.

Advance our sales efforts within offshore and interconnectors in North & Central Europe
NKT is looking for a Key Account Manager to strengthen our sales initiatives in North & Central Europe. Maintain, develop and deepen the relationships with key clients
As a Key Account Manager, you are the forefront of maintaining and developing client accounts within offshore and interconnectors and building a robust pipeline of HVDC Onshore, HVAC Offshore, and HVDC Offshore projects. Your role will involve identifying technology gaps, developing strategies to enhance NKT’s market position, and collaborating closely with various departments, including Commercial & Tender, Engineering, and Project Execution.

Your main task will be to:
* Oversee client accounts and business segments within your territory
* Generate leads to support sales in North & Central European markets
* Analyze the competitive landscape and devise regional strategies
* Set up business plans and create sales plans in collaboration with other departments
* Foster and strengthen long-term customer relationships
* Collect and share market development insights via CRM


You will be part of a smaller team of collaborative and skilled key account managers and report to the Regional Sales Director, Northern Europe. We are open to flexible locations at any of our offices in HQ in Denmark (Copenhagen), Sweden (Malmö or Karlskrona) or The Netherlands (Rotterdam). We offer the flexibility to work either in a hybrid model or fully remote from home. Travelling is expected to 40-60 days/year, mainly in North & Central Europe. The expected starting date for this position, is the 1st of May 2025.

Experienced international sales professional with experience from offshore industry
We are looking for a target-oriented, independent, and structured professional with strong analytical skills and an interest of handling complex challenges. Effective communication skills and the ability to create lasting relationships are a must.

Your background
* Over 5 years of experience in international sales and business development in a project-oriented organization
* Experience within the offshore energy sector
* Fluency in English
* Knowledge in any Scandinavian language is beneficial

Lead the transformation of HR systems on a global scale

* Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
* +6 years of experience with the SuccessFactors modules including SuccessFactors Time Management.  
* Experience with SAP HCM Payroll and Time
* Knowledge of HR processes.
* Proficiency in English

Guide initiatives from conception to execution
As a Product Manager for Service & Installation, you will focus on products for maintenance, failure prevention, repair preparation and execution of offshore power transmission solutions.

Your tasks include:

* Take on the responsibility of managing and maintaining our existing portfolio of offshore cable services from service level agreements to our cable handling and repair equipment
* Review and update technical and commercial documentation pertinent to our portfolio and provide support to the sales and operations teams as well as our customers
* Oversee cross-functional teams and engage with key stakeholders throughout the process of product inception through its development, implementation and go-to-market activities
* Offer feedback on product ideas, conduct data collection and analysis to support business cases for new developments


The location is onsite Karlskrona or Malmö, Sweden.

* High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
* Familiar with AutoCad and Solidworks (or similar).
* Full professional proficiency in English is mandatory, Swedish is a big plus.
