Databricks, Spark/Scala, and Delta Lake
Snowflake – design, optimization, and performance tuning

Kafka and event-driven architectures
Python, Shell/Bash, Java, and scripting for orchestration and ETL



What You’ll Do
Design systems that support real-time processing, streaming ingestion, and high-throughput batch jobs
Drive legacy-to-modern data transformations, working across on-prem, hybrid, and cloud-native environments
Serve as a technical leader and strategic advisor, helping clients align data architecture with business goals

About the Position
Working out of our newly established product organization, you will be part of the Microsoft Dynamics Customer service based dedicated multi-disciplinary product team and contributing as a core developer, collaborating with other Product Teams delivering inter connected products.

• Have very good understanding on MS Dynamics Integrations
• Worked on an enterprise level for several years.

Job Description
AFRY is establishing a new ASIC Verification team delivery at Ericsson, and we are looking for a Senior ASIC Verification Engineer to play a key role in this journey.
Initially, the role is strongly hands-on, where you will contribute directly to advanced ASIC verification work within Ericsson’s hardware development organization. As the assignment progresses, you will also take part in interviewing and growing the team, acting as a technical ambassador for AFRY and helping shape a high-performing verification organization.
This is a unique opportunity to combine deep technical work with team-building and leadership influence, while working at the forefront of telecom ASIC development.

Qualifications
In this role, you will:
Hands-on ASIC Verification
Develop verification test-benches from scratch for ASIC and SoC designs
Develop tests from scratch using SystemVerilog and UVM
Update and maintain existing tests for evolving designs
Develop test-bench components from scratch (drivers, monitors, scoreboards, sequences)
Update and extend existing test-bench components
Develop Verification IPs (VIPs) from scratch
Maintain and enhance existing VIPs
Integrate third-party VIPs into the verification environment
Implement SystemVerilog Assertions (SVA)
Implement functional and code coverage
Analyze coverage results, identify gaps, and create tests to achieve coverage closure

Team & Delivery Responsibilities
Act as an AFRY representative at Ericsson, building strong collaboration with stakeholders
Participate in technical interviews and candidate evaluations
Support team growth and onboarding as the delivery expands
Contribute to defining best practices, verification flows, and ways of working
Support AFRY’s long-term partnership and delivery excellence at Ericsson

Required Skills & Qualifications
Senior-level experience in ASIC/SoC verification
Strong expertise in SystemVerilog and UVM
Proven experience with:

Test and test-bench development from scratch
VIP development and integration
Assertions and coverage-driven verification

Solid understanding of digital design and verification methodologies
Experience working in Linux-based development environments
Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional, multi-company teams

Meriting Experience
Verification of telecom, networking, or high-speed interface ASICs
Experience with coverage analysis and verification metrics
Familiarity with regression flows and CI environments
Experience mentoring engineers or contributing to team ramp-up
Background working in large R&D organizations such as Ericsson

As a Full-stack developer you will play a key role in developing CMP data foundation:
We expect candidates to:


Comfortable working in the early phases of solution design and actively contributing throughout the entire software development lifecycle, including ideation, wireframes/sketches, requirements specification, functional and technical design, estimation, planning, development, testing, documentation, deployment, and post?release follow?up.
