Responsibilities include:
Working with Strategic Sourcing you will be part of a fantastic team which delivers on and has high expectations. You will be responsible for delivery and ensuring end-to-end sourcing, contracting and performance. You will be part of supporting and implementing sourcing strategies globally. This is a varied role where your main responsibilities will include:
· Negotiating purchasing and sourcing terms and conditions daily
· Identify and source new suppliers and vendors
· Building strong and long-lasting relationships with suppliers
· Drive the optimization of the supplier base and supplier performance
· Operational work on J2s sourcing process
· Order processing as well as diverse administrative tasks

Who are you?
To be successful in this role we believe that you have experience of purchasing in an international environment. We also believe that you are an autonomous self-starter, energetic and able to influence cross-functionally with a wide range of stakeholders. Above this, within Strategic Sourcing you will need the following experiences and competences:
· 2-5 years of relevant work experience within Sourcing
· Education in Supply chain management, Electrical engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent
· Excellent communication skills and flair for negotiating
· You are highly organized with an eye for detail
· You speak and write English on an advanced level. Additional language skills are advantageous
· Your computer skills are above average, and you navigate smoothly in various program/systems like e.g. Business Central, other ERP systems and MS Office

OM TJÄNSTEN
Som Junior Category Manager kliver du in i hjärtat av affären.

Arbetsuppgifter
Som Strategisk Produktionsplanerare får du en central roll i att skapa struktur, effektivitet och framförhållning i företagets produktionsflöde. Du arbetar tätt tillsammans med produktionschefen, inköp, marknad och teknikavdelningen för att säkra leveransprecision och alla flöden i produktionen.
Du ansvarar för att analysera produktionsdata, hantera förändringar i realtid och planera produktionen utifrån tillgängliga resurser, maskinkapacitet och leverantörsvillkor. Rollen innebär både strategiskt och operativt ansvar, där du förväntas ha ett helhetsperspektiv över hela produktionskedjan.
Dina huvudsakliga ansvarsområden:
Ansvara för strategisk och långsiktig produktionsplanering
Analysera data och identifiera flaskhalsar samt förbättringsmöjligheter
Anpassa planeringen vid maskinstopp, sjukfrånvaro eller andra avvikelser
Samarbeta nära inköp, marknad och produktion för att säkra leveranskapacitet
Bidra till utveckling av planeringsprocesser och digitalisering/automatisering
Delta i dagliga produktionsmöten och bidra till proaktiva lösningar

Rollen innebär stort eget ansvar, där du förväntas driva förbättringar och komma med idéer för hur verksamheten kan utvecklas. På sikt finns även möjlighet att ta personalansvar och delta i ledarskapsutbildningar.
Utbildning, erfarenhet och personliga egenskaper
Krav:
Erfarenhet av strategisk och komplex produktionsplanering eller liknande roll inom industri
God systemvana och mycket goda kunskaper i Excel
Flytande svenska och engelska i tal och skrift

Meriterande:
Utbildning inom industriell ekonomi, produktionsteknik eller supply chain management
Erfarenhet av planeringssystem i ERP miljö
Erfarenhet av komplexa produktionsflöden
Erfarenhet av personalansvar

På uppdrag av Caldic söker vi just nu efter en Supply Planner på heltid. Caldic är ett internationellt kemi- och livsmedelsbolag, med primärt fokus på livsmedel i Norden. I Malmö har de en precis öppnat upp sin nybyggda produktion i Fosie där de har produktion av över 4000 olika ingredienser. Arbetsuppgifterna omfattar hela inköps- och leveranskedjan, från beställning till uppföljning. Det innebär att säkerställa leveranser av varor och fylla på lagret genom dagliga inköp, hantera orderbekräftelser och följa upp leveranser. Du kommer även registrera leverantörsdokument, hantera reklamationer och kontrollera fakturor.

Detta är ett uppdrag på fyra månader, med start i början av oktober. Arbetstiderna är förlagda måndag – fredag på dagtid 08.00-16.30. I denna tjänst kommer du vara anställd av StudentConsulting men utföra arbetet för Caldcis på deras nya kontor i Fosie, Malmö.

The purpose of this role is to strengthen the marketing team by adding hands-on support for content, coordination, digital channels and new AI-driven workflows. Your main responsibilities

Support the planning, creation and publishing of content for J2’s marketing channels

Help coordinate marketing assets, templates, images, text files and brand material


Support event and trade show preparation with content, print material and communication tasks


Help collect, organize and reuse content from different teams across the company

This is you and required skills
This is an entry level position. We believe that you have a bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent and a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience from working broad within marketing. We do not expect you to be an AI specialist from day one, but we expect you to have a strong interest in the field. The role is about learning and supporting practical AI use in the company.

What you’ll do
You’ll be the glue between teams, helping us deliver fast, accurate, and high?quality support in our stock sales flow.
Your tasks include:

Managing and processing incoming customer and internal requests


Preparing and issuing quotations for in?stock materials


Supporting inventory pricing strategies


Monitoring market trends to help us stay sharp


Assisting with ongoing negotiations with suppliers and customers


Building and strengthening relationships with suppliers and customers


Working closely with Stock Operations, Sales, Excess Analysis, and Logistics

In this role you will become an important part of Group Finance, a team characterized by high commitment, deep expertise and strong cooperation. You are part of a team of three people responsible for consolidation and group accounting within the group. Through rotating tasks, you will have a broad and dynamic role where you contribute to several areas and at the same time have the opportunity for continuous skills development. You are expected to be involved in driving efficiencies and improvements in accounting processes including system issues, while supporting subsidiaries in the group with expertise and guidelines.
This is a newly established role where you will act as the "right hand" to CFO. The role reports to CFO and is located at J2 Sourcing head office in Malmö where about approximately 90 employees operate.

Your main responsibilities

Accounting, Group accounting and consolidation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.


Participate in interim reports and annual reports.


Work creatively and solution-oriented in the system Business Central and Bright analytics.


Provide support, advice and guidelines to the subsidiaries in accounting issues.


Regulatory and tax issues.


Involved in acquisition accounting processes.


Participate in and drive projects within the group accounting area.


Various ad hoc tasks initiated by various parties within the organization.


Continuous improvement of routines and working methods.



This is you
To be successful in this role, we believe you are a business-oriented person. You have an academic educational background. To succeed in the position, you have probably worked in a similar role for a few years, either in auditing or in an operational accounting role. If you have some experience from group accounting, it is meritorious.
You have a definite interest in accounting and a strong desire to continue developing in the area. Furthermore, you are a person with an interest in systems and have very good knowledge of Excel, where you enjoy using digital tools to streamline and quality-assure the work. As J2 Group operates internationally, it is important that you are fluent in both spoken and written English and Swedish.
You are a person with a good eye for details and possess the ability to work carefully, structured and with high quality. You see yourself as a typical "doer" who likes to drive your work towards goals. As J2 Sourcing is an acquisition-intensive business, it is important that you have a flexible approach, thrive in a fast-paced environment and can easily adapt to changing circumstances.

Requirements and skills:

Bachelor’s Degree in finance or equivalent.


Minimum 3+ years’ experience from advanced accounting in an international environment.


Experience from the ERP system Business Central is advantageous.


Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels of the organization.


We have a subsidiary in France, so if you speak French, it is meritorious.
