WHO YOU ARE
We are recruiting a Group Centre of Expertise Portfolio Development Leader. You will be a key player in delivering our global talent agenda across 30+ countries and all our supporting businesses.
To be successful in this role, you need:
8 or more years of experience working in global organizations and teams with a focus on project and portfolio development
Excellent knowledge and understanding across talent areas including talent development, learning and development, recruiting and sourcing, and other related fields.
Significant experience in leading talent management programs and initiatives, including strategic planning and execution.
Significant experience working globally in retail, preferably within Ingka Group
3 or more years of experience working directly in a high-growth and high-volume retail markets within the talent area
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, as CoE Portfolio Development Leader, you will lead the strategic development and prioritization of CoE project and programs, ensuring alignment with the global CoE agenda. You are responsible for developing a clear roadmap for the portfolio, outlining key initiatives, programs, and solutions while aligning across the Group CoE Talent leadership team to translate strategies into actionable tasks and ensure efficient delivery for the respective portfolio.
More specifically, you will:
Develop and deliver CoE project and programs inclusive of global tools, solutions, vendors, ways of working, and methods securing performance in line with CoE needs.
Secure consistent reporting and transparency on overall portfolio performance and status.
Partner with internal stakeholders and external partners to secure portfolio performance and innovation delivering the future needs for Ingka and the CoE agenda.
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and impact of CoE development programs.
Analyse and track data, monitoring CoE processes and initiatives performance to identify areas for improvement, ensuring the best co-worker experience within CoE journeys, and breaking down CoE strategies, frameworks, and guidelines into actionable tasks, user stories, and technical specifications.
Support and deliver the global ways of working and processes in alignment with the Group CoE Talent.
This is a permanent position based in Malmö, Sweden. In this recruitment, there is no relocation support provided by IKEA.
