About the Role
As an Operational Excellence Project Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving efficiency and process improvements across the organization. You’ll be part of our Operational Excellence team—a dynamic group of 9, dedicated to streamlining and facilitating processes and internal systems for all customer facing teams. Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage efficiency projects, including process implementation, system optimization, and organizational improvement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

Desired Qualifications
A post-secondary degree in a relevant field, such as Industrial Engineering and Management, business, economics, or similar disciplines.

About the role
In the role of Demand Generation Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that generate qualified leads mirroring our ICP, drive pipeline growth, and support ARR revenue targets. Key areas of responsibility include:

Develop and Execute Demand Generation Strategies: Create and implement multi-channel demand generation strategies to drive awareness, lead acquisition, and pipeline growth. About the role
In the role of Platform Onboarding Analyst, you are responsible for building up a quality assured measure structure in Position Green Platform, corresponding to our customers’ needs, during the onboarding period. You work both close to the product and the customer. Reporting to our Customer Success Team lead, you will be part of a team full of knowledge, ambition, and fun. There will also be great development opportunities when you join the company at an early stage.
As a Platform Onboarding Analyst, you will primarily:
Develop a measure structure in Position Green that accurately meets the customers' needs, in collaboration with the Onboarding Manager.
Become an expert on our platform, leading meetings with customers about their setup.
Keep up-to-date with new features in Position Green to ensure customers gain maximum value from our platform.
Be ready to handle a variety of tasks in an entrepreneurial and rapidly growing company.



What are we looking for?
To excel in this role, we believe you should be accustomed to managing your own projects and understand the critical importance of delivering solutions that meet customers' needs. You are meticulous, possess a deep technical understanding, and have a keen interest in working with digital products. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential. Knowledge of Swedish or German is an advantage, but not required. Ideally, you have an academic background in environmental science and/or technology, with knowledge and experience in one or more of the following areas:
Basic programming
Calculations of greenhouse gas emissions and emission factors
Sustainability reporting according to standards like GRI, CDP, TCFD
Understanding of the Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Protocol and Science Based Targets

You have relevant education in UX and interaction design with a minimum of three years relevant work experience.
