As an Account Manager you will mainly:
Demonstrate and sell our sustainability softwareto potential customers
Manage and drive sales cycles with prospects
Collaborate with colleagues in the Customer Success department to support and maintain customer relationships
Participate in seminars, networking events, and customer engagement activities
Be prepared to work with all existing tasks in an entrepreneurial and fast-growing company

What Are We Looking For?

About the role
As a Sales Development Representative at Position Green, you play a crucial role in the growth and success of the business. You will be the initial point of contact for potential customers and will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive revenue and achieve sales targets. This is a new role at Position Green which gives you a great opportunity to participate in the development of the role.
As a Sales Development Representative you will mainly:

Identify and qualify potential leads via phone calls, emails, and social media, assessing their needs, budget, and purchasing timelines


Prepare prospects for engagement with the rest of thesales team to convert them into satisfied customers


Respond to inbound leads promptly


Collaborate with the rest of thesales team to schedule meetings and smoothly transfer qualified leads


Continuously analyse and enhance outreach strategies to optimise results


Be prepared to work with all existing tasks in an entrepreneurial and fast-growing company environment

We believe you have:

Post-secondary education in a relevant field or equivalent work experience


Experience of communicating with customers via phone calls


Strong communication skills, both written and verbal


Professional language proficiency in English and Swedish/Norwegian


Meritorious if you have:

Experience from working as a Sales Development Representative or similar


Sustainability knowledge


Previous experience of working in Hubspot


Language proficiencyin German

Together with a seasoned and engaged team of marketing specialists you will develop content for our various channels, making sure that we attract and convert the interest of our target audiences. In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for executing projects and activities including:

Developing relevant and conversion driven content in line with brand guidelines and tone of voice for our target audiences across various channels, such as LinkedIn, website, email, newsletter and paid advertising.


Working with a range of various formats and media, such as graphics, video and copy.


Using data insights to craft conversion driven banner ads.


Planning webinars and hosted seminars, including panel setup, presentation material, CTAs and email marketing.


Staying up-to-date with the latest performance driven marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Thriving when handling multiple and varied tasks in a fast paced environment.


Skilled in copywriting and have a knack for storytelling and conversion driven messaging.


Fluency in English, written and spoken


Well-versed in graphic design and video production, including animation with a foundational knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite and / or Figma.


Outgoing, curious and unpretentious in your professional approach.


Eager to impact the sustainability of businesses worldwide - note: sustainability experience is not required, as long as you’re willing to fall in love with the problem and eager to learn.


Educational background:You have a Bachelor's Degree within Marketing or similar with a minimum of four years of relevant work experience.
