Making a first selection of store-operation candidates using our HR recruitment systems with close collaboration with our HR department.

Booking and conducting group interviews using our HR systems with close collaboration with the HR department.

Administration for new staff in our HR systems including contract signing, document checks ups e.t.c.

Using our HR systems to schedule new staff in stores.

Updating documents and assisting in managing employment changes throughout the company, with a focus on the operations department.

Additional support and assisting tasks with close collaboration with the HR department.

QUALIFICATIONS /WHO YOU ARE

HR student, minimum 1 year left.

Are fluent in Swedish and English

Good skills in Google Suite.

Have a highly structured and organized working style.

- Responsible for delivering the orders to our customers within 8 minutes.

Your sweet spot ????
We are looking for a Supervisor that will be a part of our team in Malmö. Your responsibility will be having an overview of our processes with the store pickers and riders. This will also include packing orders and making sure that it's a nice and clean environment to work in. As a Supervisor you are an extremely important part of the company - you are the one that has an overview of the processes by making sure it runs smoothly and that our customers orders are accurate and fresh! You will work in close collaboration with our Store Manager and work hands-on with our picker and rider process. The role is set to be 75%.


Some of the things you’ll handle ????

You will be supervising our pickers and riders.
Help onboarding of new pickers and riders.
Responsibility for the accuracy in both item-level as freshness of pick and packing the orders sent to our customers.
Not scared to jump on a bike if the rider team needs it.
You will pack & deliver orders to the customer.
You will supervise & develop the team together with the Store Manager.

Be responsible for our customer success department made up of our customer success agents.
Ensure that our customer service is of high quality and follows the expectations of our customers.

Som distriktschef kommer du att ha ansvar för butikscheferna i ditt område. Du kommer också ha ledande ansvar för varubeställning, budget, personalhantering samt övriga ledande ansvarsområden i din distrikt.

Krav:
